Our Centre:

At TOPP KIDS Coventry Hills, we believe that every child has the right to a safe and nurturing environment to play, laugh, learn and grow to their fullest potential. We know that social skills are of the most important skills that help a child grow into a confident and healthy adult. Our team dedicates a large part of our programming to Social Development through Craft Activities, Literature Activities, Drama, Leadership Programs and so much more! We believe that families are our most valuable resources and partners and we welcome them to participate in our programs in any way possible.

Our Philosophy & Mission Statement:

At TOPP KIDS Out of School Clubs we know each child is unique. There are 4 fundamentals that we both believe in and practice every day in everything we do: Play, Grow, Laugh & Learn.

We provide an environment that is safe, nurturing and stimulating, where children learn and develop through play and exploration. Our physical environment, as well as our developmentally-appropriate curriculums, are designed to meet the needs of children in all areas of development (social, physical, intellectual, cognitive, and emotional). Individualized planning and supportive interactions between our staff and the children help us to create an atmosphere that feels safe and encourage feelings of self-worth, creativity and leadership. We aim to develop true TOPP KIDS!

It is our mission to provide accessible, affordable & high quality Out of School programs and training to Albertan families and Early Childhood Educators.
