We strongly encourage parents and guardians to do your own research, ask questions, obtain information, and schedule a tour prior to making a decision. CareFind helps you find child care, but does not endorse any child care providers. The Government of Alberta has select licensed child care centres to provide child care for essential service workers.

Q: Who qualifies as an essential service worker?

A: Eligible front-line workers in health care, critical infrastructure workers, first responders, military personnel and essential service workers can access these select licensed child care centres. A full list of essential service workers can be found HERE.
