What: Watch the king penguins waddle through the zoo for a daily enrichment walk.

Winterpalooza 2020
What: Come out and meet and cycle with other families in Calgary. Join in on this short family-friendly ride and play from the Delta Garden to Simmon’s Building for refreshments and then on to the East Village Playground.

YYC Hot Chocolate Fest
What: The month of February doesn’t just mean Valentine’s Day! Local participating cafes, restaurants and chocolatiers compete for the title YYC’s Best Hot Chocolate, Best Spirit Chocolate and Cup That Runneth Over Award. The public is invited to test out participating location’s hot chocolate and vote online for their favourites. Partial proceeds from each drink sold go to Calgary Meals on Wheels!

Active Toddlers at Genesis Centre

The Beach YYC
What: It’s winter and we are inviting you to have fun at the beach! Bring your kids (5 years and under) to Calgary’s indoor sandy beach and watch your child explore, dig and have fun. All beach toys are supplied.

The Three Little Pigs – Theatre for Kids – Loose Moose Theatre
What: Enjoy children’s classic stories brought to life on stage. It’ truly a magical experience for kids age 4-10 and entertaining for parents.
