Bubbles and Mud Puddles Dayhome is a government approved and regulated dayhome. My name is Shauna and I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and I am a certified Child Development Supervisor (ECD III). I have worked with children in a professional setting for over 15 years. Some of the hats I have worn include kindergarten teacher, educator art specialist, and daycamp program director.

I accept children from 12 months to 5 years of age. Due to the strict requirements of the government, my home is very safe, but is also warm and inviting. We are a short walk from several playgrounds and have a very child-friendly back yard. Besides that this is a lovely natural area where running, jumping and mud pie making is all but mandatory. Bubbles and Mud Puddles offers a play-based curriculum with a balance of free, and structured play, field trips, outdoor adventure around this beautiful community, and enriched learning opportunities. Your child will be fed nutritious, balanced home-made meals.

Calgary & Region Family Dayhome Agency Inc. is a licensed and accredited family-based child care agency which has been providing approved and monitored child care services to children and families throughout Calgary and area since 1984.

As an agency we monitor and support our contracted Educators as they run their home based child care business. With monthly in home visits our trained childcare Consultants are able to support and guide Educators in ensuring quality care for the families registered with our agency.
